  We ordered two wreaths from the Canterbury Bells website and the end products were exactly as described in the catalogue. Telephone calls to clarify queries were answered promptly and clearly. The wreaths produced were a credit to the florist who was given three days advanced notice of our order. The presentation of the "message" on the flowers was clear and accurate and clipped on a plastic post to slot into the wreaths. The payment arrangements went smoothly. I would certainly recommend them. All in all a very satisfactory experience for me.
